Hi, my name is Prajwal, and I’m 24 years old. The journey of entrepreneurship is never straightforward. When I started my business, I thought everything would be easy – just starting the business and raising funds was all that mattered. But that was my mistaken thinking. I didn’t realize that starting a business is not enough; building and growing it is an art in itself. Due to this wrong mindset, two of my businesses failed.

However, I am thankful to my business mentor for giving me with the opportunity to learn from these mistakes and apply those lessons in my next effort. It seemed like I could never achieve anything, so I left everything behind and returned to my hometown, which is also when the story of Aspirelunar began. But after that, I began to see my mistakes as stepping stones to my success and tried to pursue my dream once more. I started my startup, Aspirelunar, and rebuilt my career after two business failures. This essay is a portion of that story. When I consider Aspirelunar’s prosperous business now, I see that failure is a necessary component of success. I’ve only recently begun writing blogs, so I’m learning as I go. Just keep learning and creating.

Entrepreneurship: Not Just a Dream, But a Journey of Hardships

Every day, I have to face new challenges. I need to manage my resources effectively, lead my team, and constantly take new risks. As you know, my new startup is Aspirelunar. Here, I have to focus on a lot of things—like regular posting on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, keeping the website optimized, developing new ideas for my posts, creating them, scheduling the posts, creating invoices, lead generation, cold calls, meetings, appointments, presentations, and regular client updates.

Doing all of this is not easy, but in my opinion, if you work hard in your tasks, stay focused on your company and daily routine, and keep your group, friends, and family by your side, your efforts will definitely pay off.

You might be surprised to know that my first client was a foreign client, from whom I earned money for the first time. I would like to give credit to my mentor, who guided me in the right direction and helped me throughout this journey. We will talk more about that later.

As I said, “When one door closes, another opens.” I had left everything behind and was sitting at home. I come from a middle-class family whose primary income source is farming, and I was also heading in the same direction. But one day, just one call changed the course of my life. First and foremost, failure gave me the time to understand my mistakes, which I had made in my first and second business ventures.

After the failure, I gave myself the time to think the way I used to when everything was going well. I used to believe that a failure is just a setback, but true success comes when you turn that setback into your strength.

While building Aspirelunar, I turned my failures into my strength. My vision is clear, and I’m implementing my past mistakes in my business decisions. When I embraced my failures, I truly felt my growth. Today, as Aspirelunar continues its journey, I can confidently say that my failures have helped me reach my ultimate goal.
